Bistro West just recently opened a restaurant in Tustin at the District, and they're offering 25% off a purchase of $30 or more. Not bad. I've been to their Carlsbad location and it was amazing. Their food is delicious and very reasonably priced. They also have an extensive wine list. I highly recommend it!
