RELAX
Tensing your muscles and then releasing them can help alleviate stress. Tighten a single muscle for five seconds then release it for 30 seconds. Work from toes to head relaxing each muscle in your body, and remember to take deep, relaxing breaths. Need an even better way to relax? Spend a day at the spa.
